About The Position

Montefiore Einstein is seeking an experienced and strategic healthcare finance leader to serve as Assistant Director of Finance. This leadership role supports the financial health and operational success of the Department of Neurology and affiliated physician practice operations. The position leads financial operations for a large academic healthcare department, partners with executive and physician leadership, drives budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, supports provider recruitment and program expansion, and manages complex financial reporting and analytics. The position is onsite in Tarrytown, New York, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and 7.5 scheduled hours per day. The annual salary range is $58,400–$106,920; final compensation is based on experience, education, internal equity, and market factors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive financial management experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience in healthcare, physician practice, hospital, or an academic medical center.
