The Texas Institute for Electronics (TIE) is a University of Texas at Austin-supported semiconductor consortium focused on developing and executing a state-of-the-art 3D Heterogenous Integration manufacturing technology roadmap. With significant funding from the US DoD and the state of Texas, TIE is at the forefront of creating cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes. This role provides financial planning, analysis, and operational support for TIE, developing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with university/state/federal requirements, and supporting operational efficiency in a complex semiconductor manufacturing and academic research environment.
