The Assistant Director of Equipment Operations serves as a key member of the equipment operations leadership team, supporting the Director of Equipment Operations in the daily management and strategic coordination of athletic equipment services. This position provides direct oversight of assigned sport programs, supervises equipment room staff and student workers, and plays a critical role in inventory management, procurement processes, operational efficiency, and athletic transportation services. The Assistant Director acts as a bridge between leadership and execution, ensuring departmental policies, NCAA and University regulations, and vendor contract requirements are consistently upheld while enhancing service delivery to all intercollegiate athletic programs.
