The Assistant Director of Engineering is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Engineering department, including department scheduling, PTO, and other time off requests. This role involves prioritizing issues, assigning work orders, and overseeing the Engineering team to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. The Assistant Director will enforce company and departmental policies, manage guest room and back-of-house preventative maintenance programs, and provide training and leadership to the Engineering staff. This position also requires acting as the Director of Engineering as needed.
