The Assistant Director of Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) provides strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for Lad Lake’s CCS program serving older youth and young adults ages 5–23 who are coping with mental health and/or substance use challenges. This role is responsible for the overall coordination, supervision, quality, compliance, performance, and external representation of the CCS program. The Assistant Director oversees all CCS employees and ensures services are delivered in alignment with Lad Lake’s mission, values, contractual requirements, and person-centered philosophy of care. This position serves as the primary operational leader for the CCS program and works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen outcomes, partnerships, program sustainability, and service excellence. The Assistant Director provides leadership to ensure youth and young adults receive individualized, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive services that promote wellness, independence, leadership, self-efficacy, and long-term success. This role is also responsible for monitoring program performance through ownership of departmental dashboards, KPIs, outcomes, and operational metrics to drive accountability, quality improvement, and strategic decision-making. The Assistant Director serves as a key representative of the CCS program within the community, attending monthly PRIMO meetings, quarterly PIRM meetings, community collaboration meetings, and other external partnership opportunities to strengthen relationships, advocate for program needs, and represent Lad Lake with professionalism and leadership.
