About The Position

BetterMynd is a mission-driven, high-growth organization dedicated to making high-quality mental health care more accessible to college students. They partner with colleges and universities nationwide, utilizing a network of licensed therapists and innovative technology to expand counseling capacity and improve student outcomes. The Assistant Director of Campus Relations is a full-cycle sales role focused on driving new business within small- to mid-sized higher education institutions. This position offers an opportunity for an ambitious, early-career sales professional to accelerate their growth and build a path towards becoming an Enterprise Account Executive. The role involves owning the entire sales process, from prospecting through closing, including generating pipeline, leading conversations with campus decision-makers, delivering product demonstrations, and closing new partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with senior-level administrators (Director level and above)
  • Strong discovery, listening, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into higher education
  • Familiarity with public sector procurement processes
  • Experience selling subscription-based or SaaS solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of sales achievement (e.g., quotas, rankings, certifications)

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to contract execution
  • Proactively generate pipeline through phone, email, and social selling strategies
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand institutional needs and challenges
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations with authenticity and confidence
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking using HubSpot
  • Represent BetterMynd with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of purpose
