About The Position

This leadership role serves as a central point of communication for staff and leadership, helping navigate patient flow, staffing needs, operational challenges, and urgent issues as they arise. The Assistant Director of Campus Operations (ADCO) / House Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in coordinating patient care activities across departments and campuses while helping ensure safe, efficient hospital operations. This role supports regulatory, quality, and safety priorities, helps ensure standards of care and professional practice are met, and serves as the administrator designee in the absence of the administrator on call. The ADCO supports caregivers and patients behind the scenes and in real time, influencing patient care, supporting teams across the hospital, and helping drive operations at the highest level. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a system-wide impact every shift with a cross-campus scope and the ability to support multiple locations.

Requirements

• Active Indiana RN license or valid compact RN license
• 2-3 years of related experience in the acute care setting
