About The Position

The Assistant Director of Assisted Living will assist the Director of Assisted Living in overseeing and managing the daily operations of the assisted living and memory care Inns. This role involves implementing the goals and policies of the Facility and Department of Nursing at a management level, developing a cohesive unit, and ensuring continuity of care for guests. The position requires maintaining organization and supervision of the unit while delivering an optimum level of care, with supervision responsibilities on a twenty-four (24) hour basis to ensure each shift promotes continuity of care. The shift hours are 3:00pm to 11:30pm. This is a salary exempt position, and the attendance policy applies. Any deviation from the schedule must be approved in advance by the Director of Assisted Living.

Responsibilities
