The Assistant Director of Annual Giving is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating strategies designed to increase annual giving participation and philanthropic support for Iona University. Reporting to the Senior Director of Alumni Engagement & Annual Giving, the Assistant Director will play a key role in advancing the University's annual giving priorities through integrated fundraising campaigns, direct marketing, digital fundraising, data analysis, donor segmentation and performance measurement. The Assistant Director will plan and manage all marketing aspects of the Annual Fund program to ensure appropriate solicitation strategies are implemented and that fundraising goals are achieved. This position requires a highly organized, analytical and collaborative professional who can manage multiple priorities, identify opportunities for greater efficiency, and work effectively with colleagues across Advancement and the University.
