The Internal Communications, Service Line Lead sits within the Communications & Engagement pillar of EY Canada’s Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team. In this role, you’ll lead a team of communications professionals to support high quality communications across our Service Lines: Assurance, Consulting, EY-Parthenon and Tax. You will shape strategic storytelling that connects people to growth ambitions and enable client impact. We’re looking for a proactive, dynamic leader with experience of managing senior stakeholder relationships. This is a role best suited to a strategic communicator who thrives on solving complex problems, working at pace, and using innovation — including AI — to elevate impact. Reporting to the Associate Director, Internal Communications Leader, you will lead internal communications strategy and execution across Service Lines, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and a connective force across the firm. You will be expected to anticipate needs, shape solutions, bring fresh thinking — not simply respond to requests — and inspire a team of team of communications professionals.
