Pratt Institute is seeking an Assistant Director for Student Organizations and Affinity Groups (AD) to provide leadership, advising, and operational support for its Student Involvement program. This role involves advising and managing student organizations, supporting approximately 30 affinity student groups, and assisting with New Student Orientation. The AD will collaborate with campus partners to foster student leadership initiatives and create opportunities that encourage participation across diverse student identities and backgrounds. The position also supports major campus events like Family Weekend, Admitted Student Day, and Commencement. Pratt's Student Involvement programs are dedicated to student learning, leadership development, connection, and meaningful co-curricular engagement, all grounded in student well-being, personal growth, belonging, collaboration, and an ethic of care.
