Pratt Institute is seeking an Assistant Director of International Admissions to support its international recruitment efforts. This role involves cultivating relationships with various stakeholders including school counselors, educational partners, government organizations, sponsoring agencies, prospective students, and their families. The position represents the institution internationally, manages recruitment activities, conducts market research, analyzes data for decision-making, and provides insights for enrollment planning. Reporting to the Director of Admissions - Undergraduate, the Assistant Director will be the primary international admissions recruiter, connecting with and attracting prospective students and families. Collaboration with campus partners is key to expanding institutional visibility, strengthening international partnerships, and enhancing the overall recruitment experience. The ideal candidate is relationship-oriented, culturally knowledgeable, highly organized, research and data-centric, and comfortable working across diverse educational systems. Exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a willingness to travel extensively are required.
