This position takes primary responsibility for forecasting MILE course demand and sharing this information with the Provost and deans to help guide appropriate course scheduling. It leads MILE course cluster pilots in collaboration with divisional representatives, including: creating cluster themes, surveying incoming students regarding cluster preferences, and working with advisors to pre-enroll incoming students. The role also works with relevant offices to ensure the integrity and clarity of microcredentials, tracks student progress toward completion of MILE graduation requirements to ensure there are no graduation bottlenecks, and serves as the primary contact for tagged and general transfer courses for OT36. Additionally, it takes primary responsibility for student petitions for MILE course credit.
