The Assistant Director of Evaluation is responsible for overseeing database administration, reporting, and the development and maintenance of the agency’s data infrastructure, including dashboards, analytics, and performance reporting systems. In partnership with Program and Compliance and Evaluation leadership, this position helps strengthen a comprehensive reporting, evaluation, and outcomes monitoring framework across the agency. The ideal candidate will contribute to building the agency’s evaluation capacity by enhancing data systems, supporting internal program evaluation activities, and promoting the use of data for continuous quality improvement. Through a focus on performance measurement, systems improvement, and evidence-informed decision-making, this role helps maximize program effectiveness and improve client outcomes.
