About The Position

Requirements

  • HS diploma/GED
  • Baccalaureate Degree with a Major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar (Experience in lieu of education may be accepted.)
  • 5 years of facilities management experience, with an emphasis on HVAC/Controls or Plumbing.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Computer program proficiency level: Intermediate
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • 5 years of facilities management in a healthcare setting
  • CHFM
