The Office of Undergraduate Admissions at The Ohio State University is a dynamic and exciting place to work. This position offers an opportunity to strategically impact the future of Ohio State through the recruitment, admission, and support of outstanding students. The Outreach and Recruitment team in Undergraduate Admissions is responsible for recruiting prospective students to The Ohio State University. The Assistant Director reports to the Associate Director of Outreach and Recruitment. The individual will be located in the Student Academic Services Building and will work closely alongside a team of full-time staff members of approximately 30 and a broader Undergraduate Admissions team of 55. Peak seasons are typically August through May given the cyclical nature of the work supported across Undergraduate Admissions. In office or hybrid work hours (3 days in office, 2 days work from home) can range from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, but will require early morning, evening, and weekend hours at various times during the year given the role's direct work with outreach and recruitment programs occurring in varying international time zones.
