Complementing its performance activities, Carnegie Hall’s Weill Music Institute creates extensive music education and social impact programs that annually serve more than 800,000 people worldwide, playing a central role in fulfilling Carnegie Hall's commitment to making great music accessible to as many people as possible. The Assistant Director, Digital Content Strategy supports the Director of Digital Content and Engagement in developing and executing Carnegie Hall’s digital content and engagement strategy, while serving as a strategic resource to colleagues across the organization. The ideal candidate is a creative, enthusiastic, organized, and thoughtful leader and will help define strategy and evaluate digital content across platforms including, but not limited to social media, video, and website content. The goals of the position include, but are not limited to, cultivating brand awareness, engaging new and returning audience segments, and supporting revenue-driven initiatives. Candidates should be comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments and managing multiple team members.
