As the Assistant Director, Creative Services, you’ll report to the Senior Director of Retail, Carrington Austin. You will collaborate closely with the retail and creative teams to develop and fulfill creative needs for the USA Baseball Official Online Shop and Flagship Store. You will be responsible for ensuring that all deliverables align with the organization's branding and content strategies. This role will require you to manage multiple projects and deliver creative assets on time for social media, websites, and internal initiatives. You will also support various programs with visually engaging content that enhances the overall communication strategy of the organization.
