Mitchell College is seeking an Assistant Director/Coordinator of Student Engagement (AD/CSE) to lead and manage the Office of Student Engagement. This role is responsible for creating a dynamic, inclusive, and enriching co-curricular environment that aligns with the college's mission of building a Beloved Community and supporting the Mitchell College Abilities framework. The AD/CSE will oversee student organizations, leadership development, campus programming, and civic engagement, while supervising staff and fostering campus-wide collaboration to enhance the student experience. This is an essential personnel position requiring a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to support student needs and campus activities. The final title (Coordinator or Assistant Director) will be determined by the candidate's experience, competencies, and education.
