All staff promotes the development of members' aspirations regarding Clubhouse participation, employment, education, housing, and social activities. Under the direction of the Clubhouse Program Director and in partnership with Clubhouse staff and members, the Assistant Director will be involved in all aspects of the Clubhouse operations. The Assistant Director must be able to adapt to situations as they arise; demonstrate flexibility and sound decision making skills in response to the demands of the Clubhouse to ensure smooth operations.
