The position requires conducting counseling sessions, developing treatment plans, providing clinical services, and maintaining electronic records. It also involves coordinating client services through consultation, referrals, and follow-up. The role includes administering and interpreting interest and personality assessments, developing and delivering group interventions, and providing consultation and outreach to the university community. A key responsibility is maintaining up-to-date counseling records and supporting office functions such as career fairs and employer information sessions. The position also focuses on disability career advising, teaching job search skills, and serving as a campus liaison for the RIT Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP).
