About The Position

This promotional opportunity is for current UML Employees within the same Bargaining unit. The Assistant Director, Career Advising & Program Operations focuses on the career advising and operational aspects of programming. This role is crucial for gathering, reviewing, and reporting programming data to support strategic decisions regarding program offerings and campus-wide partnerships aimed at effectively serving students.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in career services.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a higher education environment.
  • Data management skills.
  • Fluency with career development software.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver career advising for diverse populations through individual, drop-in, and group appointments; workshops; and other programs.
