About The Position
Does work have to be work? Not here. My Gym is a vibe — a fun, positive, high-energy one, where we take kids' development seriously and ourselves not so seriously. We're looking for our next Assistant Regional Director — someone ready to lead a team, run a floor, and build a real career in leadership, not just fill a shift. This is a hands-on leadership role across both our Waldorf and St. Mary's locations. You'll be developed with a real path forward.
Requirements
- A natural leader — someone who can coach a team, not just work alongside one
- Available full-time (35+ hrs/week), across both St. Mary's and Waldorf
- Strong organizational skills and clear, direct communication
- Comfortable holding authority with staff, confidently leading in front of parents and kids
- Prior supervisory or management experience strongly preferred
- A background in fitness, dance, sports, or theatre is a big plus
- Reliable transportation between both locations required
Responsibilities
- Support the Director in running daily operations across both locations
- Lead, coach, and develop the team — hands-on training for Shift Leads and newer staff
- Step into scheduling, staffing coverage, and floor leadership when needed
- Help screen and interview candidates during hiring pushes
- Track class quality and enrollment goals alongside leadership
- Build toward a Director-track career path as you grow into the role
