Lineage is looking for an Assistant Director of Facility Maintenance to join our team! Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance management.
Work experience with ammonia, freon, and/or CO2 refrigeration systems.
Good knowledge of regulatory requirements related to Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Plan (RMP), including program implementation and compliance monitoring.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and their applications.
Excellent proficiency with computer tools, including the Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to manage ambiguity.
Ability to work in temperatures as low as -25°C in cold storage warehouses or up to 37°C in dry storage facilities, while wearing personal protective equipment provided by the company.
Must be comfortable working in various noise levels, which can sometimes be high.

Responsibilities

Manage, train, provide performance feedback, and assign tasks to employees to ensure productivity, efficiency, and performance.
Implement and ensure compliance with programs related to fire safety, security, risks, environment, and occupational health and safety.
Collaborate with the Facility Maintenance Manager to ensure alignment of priorities, review monthly utility reports, and adhere to established annual budgets for labor and materials.
Plan and coordinate maintenance work using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Formulate recommendations regarding future capital investment projects and ensure their timely completion.
Coordinate all electrical maintenance activities.
Participate in site-specific projects related to energy efficiency studies in collaboration with Lineage's energy management department.
Provide recommendations regarding the design and management of future building expansions in collaboration with the network optimization team.
