About The Position

Immanuel Communities is seeking a Full time Assistant Dining Room Manager to work at Arboretum Village, located at 8141 Farnam Drive, Omaha, NE 68114. Arboretum Village has 145 independent living apartment homes. The schedule is 10:00am to 7:00pm Monday through Friday (some weekends and holidays may be required for special events). This position will pay up to $24.00/hour (straight pay/no tips). Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED is required.
One (1) year of dining services hospitality experience beyond fast food level is required.
Minimum age of 19 years old is required.
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Provide residents with a respectful, pleasant, and safe dining experience.
Hosting.
Preparing the dining room.
Serving residents.
Interacting with residents.
Facilitating communication between servers and cooks.
Managing the flow of meal services.
