The Assistant Dietary Manager shall be responsible for assisting the Dietary Manager in supervising all kitchen personnel and ensuring the nutritional needs of the residents are met. Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years food service experience
• Must have or be able to obtain Serv-safe certification
