This position requires a thorough understanding and experience in preparing food for 120+ patients, managing staff, adhering to a working budget, nutrition guidelines and sanitation standards. In the absence of the Facility Services Manager, the dietary supervisor is in charge of the daily operations of the dietary department. This position is also responsible for partnering with Facility Services Manager to supervise dietary staff.
