- Maximizing sales in all categories of products and product lines offered for sale in their department
- Inventory management
- Team Member training and development
- Store policy/procedure compliance and enforcement
- Meeting daily; weekly; monthly; and annual department sales projections
- Providing excellent Customer service
- Problem solving
