About The Position

This role focuses on creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment, and achieving sales and profit goals for the department. The Assistant Department Leader will monitor all functions, duties, and activities related to the Bakery department and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
