About The Position

This role focuses on creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service in the bakery department. The Assistant Department Leader is responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment, achieving sales and profit goals, and upholding quality assurance standards. They will monitor all functions and activities within the Bakery department and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
