Assistant Dean of Student Affairs
About The Position
The College of Nursing is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and relationship-focused professional to serve in a key leadership support role within the Dean's office. This position plays an integral part in advancing the mission and vision of the college by supporting daily operations, strengthening internal and external communications, and helping foster a collaborative and student-centered academic environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about supporting higher education, student success, and organizational excellence. Working closely with college leadership, faculty, staff, and students, this role helps coordinate initiatives that contribute to the overall success and growth of the college. This individual will regularly engage with a wide range of stakeholders and will serve as a trusted resource in supporting strategic initiatives, operational processes, and college-wide activities.
