Preferred Qualifications Academic leadership or program management experience in higher education, with program experience in undergraduate programs strongly preferred Knowledge of Council on Education for Public Health ( CEPH ) Accreditation Standards Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills; ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with faculty, staff, and students. Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented spirit. Analytical and detail-oriented, with a commitment to continuous improvement
