About The Position

Our Dairy and Frozen departments round out our customers' shopping experience by providing a wide variety of choices of refrigerated dairy and frozen items. Whether it's milk, eggs, yogurt, juices….or frozen entrees, vegetables, or ice cream, Dairy and Frozen is the place to find it.

Requirements

• Ideally, you'll have previous related retail experience.
• You'll need to be friendly and courteous in order to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions.
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to learn, differentiate, and retain information regarding product lines/locations
• Operate the baler/compactor, pallet jacks, case cutter, and marking gun

Nice To Haves

• 2-5 years of retail experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive customer service as you assist the Dairy/Frozen Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department and supervise the department team to achieve sales, gross profit, and shrink goals
• Handle ordering, receiving, storage, and merchandising of product
• Ensuring proper shelf and sales floor conditions and stock levels
• Assist Dairy and Frozen Manager with selection, training, development, and scheduling of dairy and frozen associates
