Requirements

• Previous related retail experience is ideal
• Friendly and courteous demeanor to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to learn, differentiate, and retain information regarding product lines/locations
• Ability to operate the baler/compactor, pallet jacks, case cutter, and marking gun
• High School Diploma - General Studies

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive customer service
• Assist the Dairy/Frozen Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department
• Supervise the department team to achieve sales, gross profit, and shrink goals
• Handle ordering, receiving, storage, and merchandising of product
• Ensuring proper shelf and sales floor conditions and stock levels
• Assist Dairy and Frozen Manager with selection, training, development, and scheduling of dairy and frozen associates
