About The Position

Consistently work within company 5S efficiency standards to provide fast, friendly and efficient customer service at all times. Ensure all associates use proper telephone etiquette. Ensure all associates smile, make eye contact and thank our customers at the end of each transaction. Ensure all areas of daily/weekly cash and sales are complete. Complete cash and sales daily. Schedule, train and supervise office clerks to ensure excellent customer service. Check outdates and ensure completion of cycle counts. Maintain cashier control reports and security in accordance with all company policies and procedures. Count and record all monies from cashiers according to company policies and procedures, record and process bank deposits. Maintain secure environment to ensure cash controls. Enforce company policy and procedures with associates. Responsible for the accurate processing of all applicable transactions. Complete payroll every Monday. Log all invoices. Create schedules for teammates. Ensure Will Call area is compliant. Maintain all office equipment and supply orders to meet store requirements and ensure expense control of this area. Ensure that office equipment and work areas are kept clean and sanitized at all times. Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation, according to 5S standards, at all times. Maintain detailed and accurate records to provide audit information necessary in accordance with state and company regulations. Responsible for the accurate recording and handling of all company funds (i.e.: cash, checks). Ensure adequate supply of all miscellaneous areas at the service desk (i.e.: postage stamps). Acts as a cashier/courtesy clerk/etc. as business necessitates. Act as a support teammate to data entry, product dispensing, ordering OTC, recalls and shipping prescriptions as designated by manager. Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Satisfactory Performance Reviews.
  • Strong Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic Literacy
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years related experience
