We are seeking an Assistant Coach for the Cross Country / Track and Field programs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree preferred.
1 to 3 years of Cross Country and/ or Track and Field experience.
CPR and First Aid certified
Know and comply with all NCAA rules and regulations, and pass the NCAA Coaches Certification Exam annually.

Responsibilities

Assist the Head Coach with recruiting, scouting and practice planning.
Assist with practice and competition day management and activities for all student-athletes
Help with the planning and organization of camps and clinics as assigned.
Know and comply with all NCAA rules and regulations, and pass the NCAA Coaches Certification Exam annually.
Must be CPR and First Aid certified.
Provide positive leadership for student-athletes.
Performs other duties as assigned.
