The Assistant Crew Leader will guide, assign, schedule and supervise the work of staff to ensure production goals are met. This role involves overseeing crew members to ensure quality of work is performed in a timely manner, determining project requirements, resolving problems to achieve production goals, and setting forms for concrete walls. The Assistant Crew Leader will also work with HR and leadership to implement disciplinary steps, operate equipment and tools, identify and recommend solutions, lead morning huddles, and complete necessary paperwork. Additionally, this role focuses on developing and mentoring team members, conducting continuous improvement and team development, and setting a safety example by following and ensuring crew members adhere to safety standards. The position may also perform other related duties as assigned, including laborer duties.
