Our 24/7 Convenience Store & Gas Station is seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our team. Foam & Wash was founded in 1966 with one of the country's first coin-operated car washes in Vails Gate, New York. Today, we remain a proud family-owned business with 13 locations and more than 100 dedicated associates serving the Hudson Valley. Our operations include soft cloth tunnel car washes, rollover automatic car washes, self-service car washes, self-service pet washes, a Shell gas station with a convenience store, and a laundromat. Requirements

• Previous management or supervisory experience required.
• Previous convenience store and/or gas station experience required.
• Open availability is required, including days, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays, as our store operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year .
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with New York Lottery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the daily operations of the store.
• Supervising, coaching, and supporting team members.
• Providing outstanding customer service and leading by example.
• Assisting with store ordering and inventory management.
• Helping implement and support loss prevention and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Maintaining merchandising, cleanliness, and company standards.
• Helping ensure smooth operations across all shifts.
