Today, the organization includes five communities totaling approximately 566 units, offering residents maintenance-free living along with social activities, wellness programs, and optional support services that enhance quality of life. The Assistant Controller will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions, monthly closing, quarterly reporting, budgeting, and quarterly cash distributions for a portfolio of residential properties. This role requires a strong understanding of GAAP in the real estate context and the ability to work independently to support leadership in making informed financial decisions. Experience with Entrata Accounting Software is a bonus.
