West Coast Self-Storage manages over 160 self-storage properties across the West Coast. Each property operates as its own entity, and our accounting team is part of the Support Center—a group dedicated to partnering closely with our operational teams to keep the business running smoothly. We value collaboration, accountability, and a service mindset, and we give our team members the autonomy to try new ideas and improve processes. We’re looking for an Assistant Controller to join our collaborative accounting team in Everett, WA. You’ll work closely with the Controller and lead a talented group of professionals, including Accounting Managers, Property Accountants, Payroll and AP & Cash Reconciliation. Your focus will be on supporting the team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and partnering with our operational colleagues—from Store Managers to Regional and District Managers—to help the business thrive. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and collaborating with a highly capable and internally driven team.
