The Assistant Contractor Coordinator will be responsible for auditing owner/operator settlements, verifying addresses, communicating weekly settlements, researching and correcting driver settlement discrepancies, setting up new drivers in the settlement system, and working with other departments to produce quarterly and year-end driver reports. This role also involves filing settlement-related records, corresponding with owner/operators, handling calls and emails from contractors and support staff, and auditing maintenance accounts.
