About The Position

The Assistant Contractor Coordinator will be responsible for auditing owner/operator settlements, verifying addresses, communicating weekly settlements, researching and correcting driver settlement discrepancies, setting up new drivers in the settlement system, and working with other departments to produce quarterly and year-end driver reports. This role also involves filing settlement-related records, corresponding with owner/operators, handling calls and emails from contractors and support staff, and auditing maintenance accounts.

Requirements

  • Computer literacy and basic personal computer or host terminal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good phone and communication skills
  • Ability to follow up on unfinished tasks and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Audit Owner/Operator Settlements
  • Verify Owner/Operator address
  • Communicate weekly settlement with Owner/Operators
  • Research and correct driver settlement discrepancies
  • Set up new driver in settlement system
  • Work with other departments in producing quarterly and year-end driver reports
  • File various settlement related records
  • Correspond with Owner/Operators as needed
  • Handle calls, emails from contractors and support staff
  • Audit maintenance accounts
