About The Position

This role involves managing and coordinating aspects of owner/operator settlements, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and facilitating communication between the company and its contractors. The Assistant Contractor Coordinator will be responsible for auditing settlements, verifying contractor information, resolving discrepancies, and supporting various reporting needs.

Requirements

  • Computer literacy and basic personal computer or host terminal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good phone and communication skills
  • Ability to follow up on unfinished tasks and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Audit Owner/Operator Settlements
  • Verify Owner/Operator address
  • Communicate weekly settlement with Owner/Operators
  • Research and correct driver settlement discrepancies
  • Set up new driver in settlement system
  • Work with other departments in producing quarterly and year-end driver reports
  • File various settlement related records
  • Correspond with Owner/Operators as needed
  • Handle calls, emails from contractors and support staff
  • Audit maintenance accounts
