About The Position

The Assistant Contract Manager is responsible for managing and developing a team of supervisors and team members. Reporting directly to the Contract Manager, this role oversees safety, quality, service delivery, and cost KPIs to ensure strong client results. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Wastewater license.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong team-building and leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement.
• Automotive paint shop experience.
• Industrial process cleaning experience.
• Janitorial supervision experience.
