About The Position

MacLellan Integrated Services is seeking an Assistant Contract Manager for their Wastewater operations at Slate Motors in Warsaw, IN. This role is part of a team-oriented culture that values trust, integrity, responsibility, community, and excellence. The Assistant Contract Manager will be responsible for the management and development of supervisors and team members, utilizing company systems to oversee safety, quality, service delivery, and cost KPIs to ensure client satisfaction. The position reports directly to the Contract Manager.

Requirements

• 5 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Wastewater License.

Nice To Haves

• Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement.
• Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision.

Responsibilities

• Management and development of a team of supervisors and team members.
• Oversee safety, quality, service deliveries, and cost KPIs.
• Ensure BEST RESULTS are delivered to clients.
