About The Position
The Assistant Construction Project Manager will work on-site in Middlesex, NJ, with a yearly salary range of $60,000 - $70,000. This role involves collaborating with project teams, supporting project deliverables, assisting with bid packages and procurement, contributing to budgets, and participating in site meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies
- Proven ability to manage budgets and meet project deadlines
- Proficient in reading and interpreting shop drawings and architectural plans
- Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to maintain an organized work environment
- Flexible, adaptable, and a reliable team player
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project team members to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Support the submission of project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Assist in preparing bid packages and managing procurement processes
- Contribute to BOM and labor budgets, and help compile pre-job packages
- Participate in site meetings and assist with field measurements
