This role will support the delivery of significant water and wastewater infrastructure projects, acting as an owner's representative for multi-million-dollar capital improvement programs. Responsibilities include overseeing upgrades to treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations, and recycled water facilities. The position involves collaboration with public agencies, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders, offering valuable experience in heavy civil and utility infrastructure projects from construction through completion. The role requires daily on-site work, and candidates must reside locally or be able to commute to Sunnyvale and/or Union City for multi-year projects. Future assignments may vary.
