About The Position

The Assistant Construction Manager position is responsible for reviewing budgets for accuracy for new to industry sites, reviewing construction drawings for accuracy and performing takeoffs, participating in bid qualifications and the RFI process, assisting in equipment ordering and procurement, attending project status meetings, attending punch walks, and managing post-opening warranty plans. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and a desire to grow within the organization into a Construction Manager role. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a construction coordinator or project manager is required.
