About The Position
The Assistant Construction Manager will oversee residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to problem-solve, and excellent communication with clients and staff. The position involves travel within a 1.5-hour radius of New Kent, VA.
Requirements
- Residential Construction experience is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of Residential Electrical experience.
- Experienced with Residential Construction Sequence Plan.
- Ability to problem solve on projects to minimize escalations to regional management.
- Ability to be client facing and communicate well with clients and staff.
- Must have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Strong organization and follow-through.
