About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Compounder to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in quality, safety, and teamwork. You’ll support compounding operations, work with both liquid and powder batches, and have opportunities to grow your skills across multiple areas of production. Requirements

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
Willingness to learn new processes and support multiple functions
Dependable team player with good communication skills
Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks associated with production work

Responsibilities

Obtain production samples for Quality Assurance testing
Fill drums with finished product and ensure proper labeling
Prepare powder batches for filling and blending
Blend both liquid and powder batches according to specifications
Perform CIP (pig) line cleaning as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe compounding area
Step in to assist or cover for the Compounder as needed
Operate machinery and support Machine Operator duties when required
Follow all safety protocols and work in compliance with equipment requirements and Gold Eagle policies
Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
