About The Position

SunnyD is an orange drink with a unique, boldly original taste that’s unmatched. From our classic Tangy Original to our variety of other flavor blends, each has a one-of-a-kind flavor for a one-of-a-kind you! We are seeking a Compounding Operator for our Dayton, New Jersey plant. The Compounding Operator will be a key player in our plant operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our products, dedicated to excellence, and eager to contribute to our mission of providing delicious and refreshing beverages to consumers nationwide.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Pass a drug screen and physical
Ability to lift 55 or more pounds periodically.
Ability to work around liquid and dry chemicals (including biological ingredients).

Nice To Haves

Prefer individuals with at least 1 year experience in compounding, blending, or mixing in GMP production environment

Responsibilities

Maintain high sterile awareness.
Set up and operate blending equipment per Manufacturing Order (MO) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Inspect, unload, and store inbound materials.
Process work orders accurately according to the MO and production schedule.
Create batch samples for Quality Assurance testing.
Add ingredients to blenders, process batches, and calculate quantities.
Blend juices and water using various equipment.
Able to perform basic math using calculators as needed to adjust batches, and accurately complete batch correction worksheets and related documentation.
Pack products on pallets and secure them for shipping.
Maintain accurate records.
Perform other assigned duties.
Ability to use computers.
